Problem connecting to tracker Errno socket error (7' getaddrinfo failed')

I had this Problem with Win2K using the TinyFirewall and a proxy in my windows internet settings.

I disabled TinyFW and it does not work either. So I 'removed the proxy settings out of my windows internet settings. Now it finally works fine.
