hi eveyone i am new to bit torrents and decided to download a few films the only trouble is now that i have downloaded them some are in rar format and others in other formats what do i do to burn them to dvd disc and what programmes do i use i would appreciate any help possible thanks for your patience steve

Your question is offtopic, this forum is a technical discussion of the bittorrent protocol, i.e. how to write bittorrent clients and trackers and how bittorrent works. Anything concerning finding actual torrents and dealing with downloaded files goes beyond the scope of this wiki.

ip filter

have noticed in the new release there seems to be support for an ip filter. however i am unable to find any documentation on its use or the type of format required . PLEASE ENLIGHTEN ME !
